Our dark wheat beer is impressive with its creamy white foam. A fruity-fresh sweetness and hints of mature bananas harmonise with delicious flavours of roasted malt, sparkling and full-bodied with a light caramel taste on the first sip. Light, dry, spritzy summer saison brewed with traditional Belgian farmhouse yeast and European hops, which provide
a subtle citrus finish to the beer. This saison is heavily influenced by the speciality yeast, which gives the beer a fruity, lightly spiced, refreshing character; perfect for mid-late summer.
